About Me
Hi, I'm Nadine, the coach behind Bank Street Studio.
As a busy mum of two young girls, I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to juggle family life, work, training and nutrition while still trying to prioritise your own health and goals. I know what it feels like to want results but struggle to find something that actually fits into real life.
I created Bank Street Studio to offer something different — a calm, supportive space where training is structured, realistic and effective. My goal is to take the stress and guesswork out of exercise so you can focus on showing up, feeling stronger and seeing progress.

At Bank Street Studio, training is designed with purpose. Every session follows a clear plan so you always understand what you’re working towards, why each exercise matters, and how you’re improving over time. We work with all levels, offering lower impact alternatives where needed.
I monitor your progress, coach your technique and adjust sessions to suit you, ensuring your training stays effective, safe and tailored to your ability. Nothing is random.
Results Matter
I specialise in small group personal training designed to deliver real progress, not just a good workout.
Sessions are capped at 6 people so you benefit from individual coaching, personalised adjustments and consistent support.
Training runs in progressive blocks, allowing each phase to build on the last. This structured approach helps you develop strength, fitness and confidence in a way that is realistic, measurable and sustainable.

You’ll join a small, welcoming group and begin your structured programme with full coaching and support.
